Current iTunes: Usher - Seduction

I've been unusually pathetic with these past couple updates, which have been spaced past an excusable amount of time. So what's new? Too much time to think, too much time to do just about everything. I've spent a lot of my time thinking about and missing my friends lately, I can't wait to come home and be with them. All the parties Jayme has been having is making my head spin; I'm jealous. I talked to Davie P. the other day, and apparently his whole school is flooded (Keene State), as is a good portion of the North East after getting hammered with rain. Here, the weather has been nice, it's been cooler (thank God), like in the mid 70's to upper 60's.

Alright, so Fort Bragg has a psychological training job school about a mile up the road, with a bunch of AIT Students, who just finished basic training. Well, this Sunday morning, the drill sergeants decided to take their students the our dining facility, which unfortunately for us happens to put us between the dining facility and the student's barracks. So at 0900, they came marching through calling cadence, waking EVERYONE who lives here up. Now, the drill sergeants know better, they are not supposed to march the students through here at all, especially on a weekend calling cadences as loud as possible. But little did I know, since the permanent party soldiers are such alcoholic lushes, they were passed out from the night of drinking before, all over the ground and picnic tables. I will describe the picture. You see my friend Brian passed out with his ballistic helmet, a bottle of JD, a spiderman blanket, a cigarette, and his boxer shorts. You also see "redneck Davis" passed out with his bottle, and cowboy hat. Finally, there is one other cat, and obviously he's pretty wasted in that picture too. Well, since the AIT students haven't been exposed to alcohol or tobacco for at least 4 months, they thought this was hysterical to see all of these guys laid out with bottles all over the ground, and fortunately I was there to witness the looks on their faces as they walked by, but I also witnessed the DS's reaction to it, and it was just as funny, because he flipped out and started to yell at the passed out soldiers, who were more then a little confused at this point. All in all a pretty good weekend capped a long week, but with just a little too much time to miss certain people.

Take care.
